Work done for the First National Banks change over to Seacoast National Bank. Rolled out and supported lenovo stations. Did work at operations center in Stuart,fl and dozens of branches from Vero Beach through North Palm Beach and west around lake okeechobee. Assembly and Setup of HP servers running windows server 2003. Setup IBM thinkstations running windows XP. Performed Installations and imaging of new servers, desktops and IBM lenovo laptops. Supported the end users on calls as needed. Install and Configuration of software such as Trendmicro, Sophos antivirus, VNC remote, checkpoint VPN, Microsoft Office 2010 and setup of scanners and copiers. Troubleshooted, setup and repaired all the laserjets. Wiped and imaged drives using linux OS and linux tools and utilities. Setup laptops and docking stations running both win XP and Windows 7.

The Manager of Information Systems, my first position, was hired 12/98 to fix the Y2K problem and develop a computer network for all of N. Palm Beach. I was promoted to Information Systems Director by 2001. I was in charge of laying fiber from city government building to building. In charge of connecting all to a high speed internet and putting in place the cities servers that would be needed. Among city buildings I had to service were thier New City Hall building, Police and fire departments, Public works, City Library, City owned pool country club and golf course with point of sale charge I hired on an information systems specialist to work along side with me, "Scott White", who is still working there.

Critique a syllabus, for my new students and class. Arrive when class is about to start and give a presentation to the room, present the curriculum and exercises for the class to do. Grade each student on performance, and assist and help anyone who is stuck on any items addressed during the course that day.
