Program Director June 2016- Present● Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, I managed the PMO (made up of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Change Managers) and an offshore vendor who develop software for client's use. The development team included multiple Agile teams, that followed an End-to-End process based on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and SAFe. This process was developed by integrating the best practice standards of Pragmatic Marketing, PMI, Agile, SAFe, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change and Release Management. The process provided a flexible and reliable end to end development process for Product Management and steady state support. As the Director of the PMO, I managed a Portfolio of Projects, maintained a roadmap of the major initiatives associated with the projects, mentored, and coached Project Managers, and managed individual projects.

Budget for these projects ranged from $40,000 to $2 million.
