This role requires strong leadership experience to manage a team of Field Operations Technicians. I am also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the current system of production, assessing the effectiveness of processes, providing oversight on data collection, supervision of grounds maintenance, and recommending strategies for improvements. My strong financial skills are needed for budget management of the territory in collaboration with the Regional Director Operations.
