Professional Services Consultant with NetApp in ANZ Business. Responsible for Solution Design and Delivery in the APAC region.Key Responsibilities:• Solution Architect for Enterprise customers in the ANZ region and drive Delivery of the Solutions.• Pre-Sales involvement in Key Enterprise and SMB accounts across ANZ.• Deliver Architectural Blueprints to customers for Hybrid Cloud IT Infrastructure solutions.• End-to-End Infrastructure consulting on Compute, Network, Storage, Hypervisor and Application.• Apply Industry Best practices which aligns with customer’s Business objective

Key Responsibilities:• To maintain CSC APAC Netapp environment of 80 controllers and 10PB of disk• Senior Netapp SME to liaise with any line of services for any Netapp Storage related issues• Work with Project Managers and other departments to implement new IT projects• Liaise with Architect team to keep them informed with new technology advancements• Liaise with Netapp Support and Sales team to spec/quote new hardware and upgrades• Supporting other CSC Lines of Service when problems arise• Document and test DR failover procedures• Installation/Upgrades of 3rd party software and setup and diagnostics• Oncall Rostered 24x7 support
