I have nearly 40 years of PetroChemical experience in all phases of the industry. Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream. In General Industry, Construction Safety, as well as Marine Safety. I am experienced with IMO Safety & Security standards, Environmental Remediation, Construction and Demolition. I also have experience both in Petrochemical Operations and QHSSE. Strong leadership, management & technical background in Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Management Systems. Experienced in both General Industry as well as Construction Safety. OSHA, EPA, DOT, PHMSA, MSHA, BSEE, USCG, USACoE, FERC, IMO and various state agency compliance experience. I have worked both domestically and internationally with various cultures. I have over 10 years of Marine operations experience as a certified Auditor for ISM, and ISPS requirements. I have Coordinated and led audits of the Maersk Drilling fleet, Marine Terminals, and contractors to assure compliance with SEMS, ISM, ISPS, and ISO 14001, as well as all regulatory requirements. I have acted as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO) at both BP and at Maersk.
