I am looking to make a move into another dealership that is looking to take their service department and technician's to the next level. After 29 years with Toyota I feel I know their processes and procedures. I am willing to teach my knowledge on the processes of looking up their warranty codes along with the proper three C`s on the complaint, cause and correction. I am willing to learn and become a service manger.I am always looking to make sure the customer can get the best service when ever they come into our dealership and that the technician in the service department are up to date on school and doing a professional service to our customers. I am willing to take on any project to improve my self and the company I work for!
