• Financial Planning and Analysis: From assessing the business environment, quantifying resource needs (human resource, equipment, and monetary) and identifying and mitigating risks, all the way to conducting an analysis.
• Human Resources: Oversaw the development of the human resource function: from identifying hiring needs and establishing a payroll system, to creating on/off-boarding policies and procedures. Hired a Human Resources.
