VARGIS was a pioneer in the commercialization of digital earth imagery and prime contractor on many State and regional aerial imagery programs in TX, NY, VA, MI and CA. Mr. Tilley was cofounder and President of VARGIS LLC until it was purchased by Infotech Enterprises (now Cyient) in 2004.
