LTX are a Tehcnology company servicing the Australian Lending Industry.The H.P.O. role is responsible for the performance of LTX' project portftolio – managing Project Managers and driving continual improvement of relevant organisational practices. This position sits in the management team.Also act as engagement manager for our main client (nabbroker/Homeside, National Australia Bank); and for our sister company (Filogix/Davis&Henderson).

I was responsible for the implementation of formal Project Management methodologies within the organisation, with a specific focus on I.T. projects. I also acted as lead design analyst on projects relating to RESIMAC’s two core systems, and managed all projects related to enhancements of these systems. In this role I also managed the relationship with RESIMAC’s external I.T. services provider.

My initial role at RESIMAC was as a Loan Servicing Officer, handling post settlement transaction, including customer service, discharges, and loan variations. Within 6 months I was promoted to act as a Supervisor of the loan servicing area.

I worked initially in an Internal Relief role, covering roles in accounts, loan discharge, arrears/collections, loan variations, and the customer service call centre. Following this I worked as a Loan Variations Officer, assessing credit worthiness of loan variations, including additional advances, partial discharges, security substitutions, releases of security, and releases of loan parties.
