Greg Hart is an experienced management consultant and former public sector executive with over a decade of experience helping large organizations lead major business transformations and successfully manage change. Greg’s areas of expertise include project management, change management, organization design, business development, talent strategy, public affairs, social impact strategy, leadership development, stakeholder engagement and communications. Greg has extensive experience partnering with clients in the state and local government, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, energy, and consumer product sectors.Greg previously served as a County Commissioner in DuPage County, Illinois - the second largest county in the state with nearly 1 million residents. In this role, he provided strategic direction and governance over all county operations and oversaw a $500 million budget. He served as Chairman of DuPage County’s Technology Committee, where he oversaw the largest investment in technology infrastructure in the last quarter century. Greg also chaired the Health and Human Services Committee where he saved taxpayers one million dollars annually by implementing innovative operational efficiency practices. Greg also served as Co-Chair of the Heroin-Opioid Prevention & Education (HOPE) Taskforce, where he was responsible for making impact investments to address mental health, substance use disorder, and public safety in the community. Greg’s leadership of the HOPE Taskforce won DuPage County two national achievement awards from the National Association of Counties for innovation. In 2022, Greg was the nominee of his party for Chairman (Chief Executive Officer) of the County Board.Greg graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Greg is philanthropically active in his community, having served on the Board of Directors for Giving DuPage, Chicago Lighthouse Charter School, and Fenwick High School.
