South Milwaukee

Provided technical support to end users of Everbrite products, coordinated and performed on-site service of product already in the field, supervised installation of new product at sites in the greater Milwaukee area, and provided on-site training for installation teams in other parts of the country (California, Illinois, Georgia) to ensure product was installed properly. Worked closely with the electrical and structural engineering teams to resolve issues with existing and upcoming products. Provided feedback to supervisors, engineers, and end users to maintain optimal performance in key areas of business.
