In this position I am responsible for the overall account plan for strategic accounts and in developing the key account strategy to achieve above market growth, as part of the Mining Industry initiative in South Pacific. Responsible for directly executing the account plan myself as well as through influence with key stakeholders.Other responsibilities include being the primary contact point on the global agreement; articulating RA’s mining value proposition at executive customer levels; as well as coordinating regional sales and support resources to ensure effective execution of the account plan and strategic account activities.

Identifying and developing greenfield and competitor conversions for GE's Automation & Controls business.Participating and coordinating with cross-business teams. Coordinating sales and channel opportunities in PNG for Industrial Solutions, electrical distribution, and critical power as well as GE's Automation & Controls.Maintaining and building relationships with partners, key customers, industry associations and across the GE business to achieve the set objectives, Through the development and building active frontlog of opportunities, maintaining data and activities.

I was responsible for managing and developing the New Zealand operation for NHP. Providing leadership to a team covering Sales, Finance and Operations through multiple locations across New Zealand. Utilising excellent commercial and analytic skills to ensure that the business harnesses opportunities to enhance value and efficiency and driving business growth.

Managing and developing the Queensland Sales team ensuring close working relationships with distributors, consultants, key accounts and system integrators. Principal duties include monitoring team activities against budgets, team development and leadership and co-ordinating activities with the marketing group and our systems and services businesses. Develop new sales strategies to adapt to the changing environment.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the sales and support staff based in the Sydney office as well as distributor activities in territories covering New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand.

Responsible nationally for sales and support of drive control products, integrated drive systems and sheet gauging systems.

Prime responsibilities being to sales of variable speed drive products and integrated engineered systems.
