Under general supervision of the department manager and medical I follows policies, procedures, professional guidelines and provides clinical and clerical support such as assistance with medical procedures, cleaning of equipment, filing, retrieval of information. As a team of Medical Assistants we handled performance of screening, rooming, patience, discharge and orders for all doctors and mid levels. I was in charge of chart preparation and abstracting for my assigned Doctor and my assigned mid level provider. Job duties are in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Patient Transport, the I was is responsible for the completion of assignments, as received from Transport Tracking System or Dispatcher, for transport of patients and equipment within established departmental time frames and productivity standards, and following departmental operational and safety policies and procedures. I demonstrated positive customer relations, infection control and risk management practices. I was responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
