This position's key role is inventory management. Typical duties are ordering from multiple vendors to keep our warehouses stocked for the company. By analyzing sales we can determine how much of one product to order per warehouse. As the company grows, the inventory levels will grow as well. I am also responsible for transferring goods between warehouses if we are overstocked in one warehouse and are scarce at the other warehouse. This transferring of furniture is key to have a replenished stock sooner than to place an order to the vendor.

My responsibilities include working on reports such as Accounts Receivable and deposit liability. I also have to provide excellent customer service and help resolve any customer service issues. I also have to take inventory of supplies and supervise cashiers to ensure proper procedures are being followed to prevent any fraud with cash handling. Training new associates how to use our system and how to properly create orders and enter them into our system is an important part of my position.
