- Business Analysis: Meet with clients (both existing and new/prospective) to discuss current business processes, identify potential pain-points and develop a plan to ensure a perfect transition to our software systems or enhancements to existing software solutions, including detailed design documents and system mock-ups.- Training: Schedule, Plan, Prepare and execute training sessions for clients ranging in size from 5 - 100, via teleconference or in-person sessions. Analyze system error logs for advanced troubleshooting and resolution.- Management: Leading the Account Specialist team with individual performance plans, daily team stand-up, weekly one-on-one sessions, new-hire on-boarding, scheduling and new system functionality and company process training.
