I am a consultant bringing my experience to clients in need of a skilled and versatile business analysis and documentation expert with a background in financial services governance, change management practices, business process documentation, and the software development lifecycle.My 6 years as a Technical Writer and Business Process Analyst at JPMorgan Chase included beginning as a contractor for 5 months. After being hired by the team (Home Lending) that I contracted with and spending 2 years there growing, I expanded my skillset with a different team (Operations) for over 4 years and was promoted from a Junior to a Senior Associate in 2 years. In my role as an Associate, in addition to my core Technical Writing responsibilities, I participated in Agile product development as the lead stakeholder for my team for over 2 years, attending requirement sessions, providing regular feedback to the development team and product owner, and leading UAT for my team as the Business Testing Coordinator. I have a BFA in Creative Writing with a minor in Philosophy. I’m at my core a curious and passionate person with a love of words and process who enjoys both working independently and collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver results.
