TCC can improve balance and coordination and provide a greater sense of mental clarity and emotional stability. It can help keep you centered and grounded and provide a deeper sense of well-being.

Two of my books were recently on display in a juried show at the New Mexico Capitol Rotunda Gallery.Recently published "The Pantone Postcard Book" with the Santa Fe Book Arts Group, and "The Hiker & the Blaze", a book of poetry and original artwork about hikers and the trails that guide us. Previously published "Divination", a series of meditations on interconnectedness and change, "Figures & Paper", a survey of the artwork of Shirley Binin, "I Know That Song", images of the 1970's, and "Melbourne Street Art" a magazine of the best street art in Melbourne, Australia.My photography has been exhibited in the River Street Gallery, the Hines Gallery of the Creative Arts Workshop, the Mill Gallery of the Guilford Arts Center, and the Carriage Barn Arts Center.
