As a corporate trainer, I manage fundamental programs in the Education Services department to include new hire training, partner program training, and SME skill enhancement for the ProLaw product. Additionally, I work on many specialty programs from training program development and training delivery to new product and new revision releases. I am a skilled and experienced eLearning developer and presenter. I manage several software tools internal to our department. Also, I have sole responsibility for a key training program that affects staff in all roles. Working with management, I plan and create training initiatives for new releases and updates to ensure staff performs at the top level. This includes new hire, continuing education and new feature training.Previously at Thomson Reuters I held a Project Manager position. In that role, I led client projects from post sales contract to transition and through to support. This included managing scoping, resources management, administrative consulting and end user training. I have been rewarded for delivering project on time and on budget.
