As the Evening Services Manager I was in charge of the evening operations at the Office. I maintained a staff of 2-5 people depending on the work required for the evening.

As a RTA we were tasked with servicing and maintaining a wired campus housing network of over 9000 users, along with supporting a wireless housing network of 4000+ users, our in house cable network, and the campus housing phone lines. We were also responsible for providing Tier 1 technical support to housing residents for anything technologically related.
