Born in Los Angeles, California and moved to San Antonio in 2007 and I have made it home sweet home ever since. My background from birth has been around children and youth development. My parents started the Ramirez Family Daycare; it was in operation from 1992-2007. I have worked in various youth-centered positions, including After School programs, Summer Camp programs, Residential treatment centers, and Emergency Shelters. I love working with children and would one day like to become COO of a nonprofit organization. I am the Director of Outcomes and Compliance at the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio. I believe in the mission of Out of School time. My experience at having had the privilege to have gotten to fill positions from frontline staff to know being at a director level, have been nothing short of incredible. I have worked with some amazing leaders who have always gone out of their way to make sure I am set up for success, like being provided with leadership opportunities and options to help grow as a person. I strives to be a better-self daily and wants to be able to provide the same help and support to my team. I also love Dinosaurs, adventures and sunrises!
