Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day implementation of operational initiatives, across all departmental areas and create a single point of contact and accountability for communicating and adopting compliance initiatives (engagement letters etc.) billing practices, new process adoption, system and process discipline. Responsible for managing an agile workforce who are cross trained and able to assist in all administration efforts with the strategic goal of creating depth in resources and knowledge to ensure business continuity. Responsible of continuous work with the Director of Operations and practice leads to test and improve existing processes and to ensure cross-adoption and accountability of approved processes, compliance requirements, data entry requirements and system use.

Maintain client schedule for Business Advisory Services. Writing business reports and proofing, engagement letters and client relationship scheduling. Coordinate growth goals, as well as, organize marketing and business development activities.

Act as a Project Coordinator to coordinate project phases between clients, vendors, engineers and sales representative from start to finish as well as being the employee liaison for all employees involved in a given project.

Provide software training and one on one support as needed to approximately 200 end-users. Answer an average of 70 helpdesk calls on a daily basis and troubleshoot/screen calls before escalating to network engineer. Act as liaison with vendors for new services, ordering equipment or supplies, problem resolution and research.

Responsible for administrative support to the Director of Information Systems. Identified and recommended improvements in departmental procedures needed to facilitate smooth access to services.
