Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist
CurrentReporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with four full-time Recruiters, I facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process, from the moment when candidates respond to a job opening to when the position is filled.Manage multiple calendars to schedule virtual pre-hire syncs, debriefs and interviews via Google Meet and by phone for recruiters, team leads, managers, directors, VP's, and Executives.Conduct background & reference checks for new hires and assist in the onboarding process with People Operations.Lead recruiting processes for Customer Experience / Technical Support roles.As an advocate for hiring efficiency and optimizing candidate experience, I've spearheaded the groundwork for company-wide awareness and change in processes for providing a streamlined, equitable interviewing process for both candidates and employees.
