In the role of senior process engineer I have been responsible for:- Project management of multi-disciplinary teams responsible for developing or purchasing new equipment based on customer requirements. Leading a team of 3 to 5 diversely skilled professionals.- Initiate and coordinate the improvement of existing equipment and processes. - Design and development processes for devices using physical chemical processes mainly by inkjet printing. Contributing by realizing prototypes and proof of principle.

Interpretation of the results and presenting in project meetings.
