I led the development and launch of iCode's first consumer-facing educational retail product, the Programmer Pack™. This innovative product brought iCode's STEM education directly into households, teaching children about robotic, automation, critical thinking, Python programming on drones through a process we trademarked, “Gamified Learning™.Working closely with our curriculum team, I spearheaded the conceptualization and execution of all aspects of the product from vision to implementation responsible for everything from branding down to the packaging design and a custom ecommerce website. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in sourcing and establishing processes, procedures, and logistical plans for the product's sale and distribution. My efforts resulted in strategic partnerships with leading global vendors such as DJI®, Texas Instruments®, and Micro:bit™ and the establishment of robust distribution channels to ensure the widespread availability and sale of the product. Our product was successfully launched across various sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, leading wholesale and education vendors, as well as through our own franchisees and various eCommerce websites, including our own.

Building on the success if the iCode Programmer Pack, I was entrusted with establishing a sister company for iCode to strategically support and drive its expansion efforts. Named “iCode-In-A-Box,” this venture aimed to build strategic partnerships with leading manufacturers worldwide and reputable U.S. vendors to reduce costs and streamline the creation of new franchise locations. The concept was to procure all essential materials—from computers and branding items to wall graphics, signage, furniture, and flooring—and deliver them in a single, comprehensive shipment, ultimately lowering the overall cost of building a new location.Each item was thoughtfully curated or custom-built to ensure brand consistency and uphold the unified aesthetic of iCode across all locations. This innovative approach simplified the setup process, improved efficiency, and reinforced our commitment to creating a cohesive, professional environment for every franchise.This endeavor required strong critical thinking and leadership to optimize procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes. By identifying strategic sourcing opportunities and implementing process improvements, we achieved a 30-40% reduction in franchise build costs while significantly increasing profitability leading this business to scale into a multi-million-dollar operation within the first year.Through these efforts, we established a scalable and profitable growth model that strengthened iCode's franchise ecosystem and ensured operational excellence. My work also laid the foundation for the direction for our sister company, Indigo Street, enabling us to scale our business model and support other brands and small franchises in their own growth and expansion efforts. Additionally, this model also helped us to scale into other verticals including procurement for real estate development, hospital and warehousing projects.

As the Product Owner for an innovative online print company, I played a crucial role in guiding the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge software and ecomerce marketplace website. By utilizing Scrum methodology, I oversaw the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring our solutions met the highest standards of functionality and user experience. I prioritized features, managed the product backlog, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements that aligned with both business objectives and user needs.I oversaw and was responsible for all the UX/UI and worked with a team of developers and engineers to implement cutting edge programming for online design tools using JAVA, HTML5, MySQL and Core PHP to refine the technical aspects of our software platform. By leveraging my understanding of these technologies, I helped shape a robust, scalable, and responsive online print solution that incorporated a marketplace for graphic designers as well as a feature to allow organizations crowdfund through print media.

SALES: With a focus on expanding our consumer product line in the retail space and enhancing our international footprint, I managed a handful of key wholesale and retail accounts within the US while focusing my efforts on expanding our customer base internationally. Over my 7 years with the company, I built a track record of developing and executing sales strategies, implementing sales processes, consistently hitting goals, benchmarks, and performance objectives, increasing sales revenue year after year through consistent account development, multi-tiered relationship building and by identifying and creating sales opportunities. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: As a Product Manager I was responsible for understanding products’ hardware/software, market potential, and competition, version and product lifecycle development, feedback from stakeholders, creative heads, and factory. I worked with purchasing to forecast sales and plan inventory, compiled feature/benefits, created three-tier pricing models, and provided team and customer training. I cultivated strong internal relationships and developed sales support resources to meet guidelines and project demands.MARKETING: I developed and managed client co-op advertising, marketing, and promotional programs. I assisted the owners in conceptualizing new product design, renderings, schematics, 3D printed prototypes, product artwork, and packaging. Serving as an interim Art Director, I worked closely with company owners to develop, create, and execute marketing plans, product packaging, advertisements, and promotional materials while working with print buyers to facilitate tangibles.
