As the initial point ofcontact for customer service, We should triage and handle incidents quickly and effectively. In the ticketing system, accuratelyrecord all customer interactions, Troubleshooting processes, and incident resolutions. Work together with internal teams ofdevelopers, system administrators, and QA engineers to find solutions to challenging technical problems and enhance thestability and performance of the app. Customers should receive precise instructions that walk them through troubleshootingprocedures and help them navigate an app. Determine high-priority incidents and escalate them to the relevant supportlevels, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on customer experience serving for IT support within the organization.
