• Served as primary point of contact & led weekly calls for a portfolio of top-tier progressive fundraising programs• Managed ad development & email production for House Majority PAC’s digital program (which raised $8+ mil this cycle,) by coordinating email production across associates & creatives teams, producing 180+ emails/month• Strategized target audiences for GOTV & voter reg. campaigns (in states like TX & NC facing voter suppression)• Oversaw six-figure media budget for NC’s toss-up Senate race; delivered 9+ mil impressions to 250k target voters

• Produced weekly client-facing performance reports summarizing ads’ profitability & engagement by donor type• Synthesized long-term donor behavior data (from platforms like ActBlue, EveryAction) into detailed ROI reports• Pitched ad concepts, optimized budgets in Meta & Google Business Managers, presented performance to clients

• Investigated a non-union contractor’s workplace health & safety standards through FOIA information collection• Quantified their violation rates vs. industry averages, convincing a major utility provider to insource 150+ jobs to union protection, raising wages from $11 to $17/hour, and securing health insurance and retirement pensions

• Studied & applied shareholder activism techniques and economically targeted investment (ETI) strategies in my internship at a local labor union• Brainstormed additional ways to advance workers’ rights through roundtable discussions with pension fund managers, think tank directors, and other leaders in the field of capital stewardship
