Being a Service Professional allows me to get more involved with making recommendations and problem-solving at Longhorn. My experience as a server gives me firsthand exposure to where some of our weaknesses begin, and as my store's Service Professional, I am given a chance to use my influence to tackle those areas of weakness. I also have the responsibility of performing certain manager functions, such as check adjustments, and handling service recovery with guests.

As a server at Longhorn Steakhouse, I am responsible for taking orders and providing guests with excellent service throughout their meal, various side work tasks, and working as a team with my coworkers to maintain a happy, healthy work environment. I am also a Certified Server Trainer and love to be involved in the training process and helping new hires become part of our team.

I took it upon myself to implement new techniques that would help to guarantee success.
