I was responsible for hiring, onboarding and training Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B staff. I was also responsible for all of the financial reporting at the property. My responsibilities included: approving payroll (Kronos), updating Accounts Payable and Receivable (SynXis & NiteVision), reviewing monthly Profit and Loss statements, submitting RFPs for building maintenance and coordinating daily with Revenue Managers to adjust daily rates and accurately forecast occupancy and revenue. I coordinated Group and Event contracts for room blocks and conferences, most notably for the SuperBowl in Atlanta.
