Conducted user research via observations and surveys to understand passenger behavior on the Market-Frankford Line (MFL).Identified insights regarding ridership seating preferences and usage habits to be referenced during layout redesign.Visualized the user experience on the MFL via story boards and emotional journey maps.Developed design solutions optimizing usage of the subway car interior and increasing per train capacity, two of which were implemented on cars currently in service.Planned and co-moderated three focus groups with diverse participant pools for user validation of design iterations.Created visualizations of data and workflow processes for various Office of Innovation initiatives.

Reopened the 39th & Walnut St. Kaplan center in Philadelphia for walk-in consultations.Sorted and disposed of old testing and promotional materials.Communicated center status and stock levels to regional KSA manager.Provided support for Kaplan instructors hosting full day certification classes at the center.Fielded questions regarding Kaplan course options and advised students on the appropriate course type for their specific needs.
