 Reconciliation of derivative trades using trade files from broker and the bank Static data maintenance and reporting through SQL tools in client’s data base. Manual reconciliation in case of auto match fail or due to discrepancy Raising queries with bank/Broker for discrepancies in trade attributes Raising mismatch in brokerage such as undercharge, overcharge, suspect receiver with the bank and the broker Chasing brokers for updated rate card and getting it loaded with the help of static team Constant chasing of brokers and bank for their response on the queries. Constant liaising with CI team for possible process enhancement and automation Liaising with brokers to provide trade file for automation of reconciliation. Proving required information to static team to onboard the new broker/exchange Adhering to SLA right from invoice capture till the payment to brokers Timely updating the process document and contributing with new ideas for the process improvement Timely updating dashboard and user comments in the invoice to facilitate invoice tracking for SLA team. Training the new joiners in the process and updating their progress to the manager.Reporting Role: Along with the above responsibility handling reporting and rate maintenance part for Qube-rt (CS entity) Maintaining monthly rates for Qube including amendments and creation of rate schedule. Decoding broker rate cards Updating rate static such as Primary market, security reference and client currencies. Clearing validation and calculation exceptions. Liaising with IT to resolve system glitches relating to calculation of brokerage. Extracting reports through PLSQL formatting according to the requirement of stake holders. Adherence to the timelines of daily, weekly and monthly reports and timely escalation for any non-adherence to reporting guidelines.
