Creating Revit families for both the general in-office library and project-specific requirements. 3. Providing a clash-free, coordinated, and intricate model per client requirements. 4. Following processes and standards to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications. 5. Producing construction documentation, including as-built drawings and shop drawings.Projects:- LOD 300-based models with as-built drawings and country standards measurement reports (NEN2580) for around 100+ buildings across the Netherlands (PDF to BIM). - LOD 500-based model for The Outlook: Microsoft Building, Netherlands, and multiple buildings across KAFD, Saudi Arabia (Scan & CAD to BIM). - LOD 400-based models with quantity takeoff, shop drawings, and image rendering for 8th Stellar, Malaysia; Oberoi Eternia and Enigma Tower, Mumbai; Seef Lusail D3 & D4, Qatar; and Dubai Expo Metro Stations, Steel FOH and BOH elements (CAD to BIM). - Family creation for kitchen components, bathroom accessories, furniture, and other interior-related components for Seef Lusail, Qatar.
