As professional services senior director, I work closely together with license sales, partner managers, and customer success managers. My responsibilities are service sales and successful delivery of product implementations to our customers in Benelux, France, and Nordics. I manage a team of four regional managers, three delivery managers, a team of consultants, and a nearshore team in Poland. In the four years that I have been in this position, I have created strong relations with our customers and my team, increased the services revenue year on year, and contributed to the overachievement of the license sales targets.I have strengthened the team by hiring key individuals and coaching and mentoring others. There are three main areas I specialize in: Identification of Business Outcomes, Risk Reduction, and Project Governance. All of these are supportive to make my customers successful, whether they are large global corporations or smaller businesses. The business increased year on year and we achieved many successful customer projects.From 2011 to 2014, my role was professional service director for the Benelux and the Nordics.
