I am an emerging IT professional with a Bachelor's in Information Technology, concentrated on business application development, from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington. I began my academic journey with an Associate in Science from Cape Fear Community College, laying a solid foundation for my tech career.I then started an internship at Apiture, where I delved into the world of Salesforce, gaining invaluable experience in leveraging this powerful platform to drive business solutions. This role was helped to lay a solid foundation in supporting a business built on the Salesforce platform. Currently, as an Associate Support Engineer at nCino in Wilmington, North Carolina, I am furthering my expertise in Salesforce alongside the nCino banking platform. This position allows me to blend my technical skills with my understanding of business processes, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and guidance.
