• Searched out vendors for new digital products to add to Ziplocal’s print base. Provided cost analysis to determine compatibility for the product and best fit for the company. By providing positive and constructive feedback, we maintained strong relationships, communicated ongoing issues and ensured they were quickly remedied.• Managed startup of website product for small business advertisers and grew to sell and design over 1000 sites. Hired and trained team to produce the websites that included tasks of gathering content and images, copywriting, designing, communicating with customers via email or phone, completing corrections/updates as needed, etc. • Managed a Reputation Management product for over 10,000 customers. This product allowed advertisers to see where their business was listed online and suggested places where they might want to add their listing for more coverage. This platform also allowed them to update any inconsistent data.• Created and maintained spreadsheets and Filemaker databases to track the number of incoming accounts and their progress.
