Let's connect and explore how we can make a difference together!Responsibilities of My Role:• Brand Strategy: Establishment of the founder’s vision of the tangible brand representation in digital, social and print mediums and clear communication of our market differentiators, creating a strong identity that sets TCG apart.• Brand Excellence: Ensuring all external materials, from learning and development resources to coaching and consulting content, meet the highest standards of brand excellence.• External Communications: Management of external communications, including client newsletters and social media, to keep our audience informed and engaged.• Creative Development: Creation and design of digital and print marketing tools, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with our brand values.• Online Training: Development and creation of TCG’s online training platform on Teachable, providing accessible and high-quality learning opportunities for our clients.• Operational Management: Foundation and management of TCG’s operations processes and systems, including our CRM (HubSpot), data management, proprietary assets and human resources materials to streamline our workflow and enhance client satisfaction.

In this human resources role, achieved 100% staffing of the location for the first time in its history.
