As a nurse with a diverse healthcare background with a passion for bringing Healthcare providers and Information systems together as the driving force in Quality Care. Leading by active listening, bringing awareness to our work culture through collaboration and team building, and engaging with those around us will strengthen our resilience as we work to better our healthcare system for our patients, our peers and our communities.As an experienced Quality and Risk Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry, I am excited to make a difference for those who are under served and facing barriers to their health. Identifying these barriers, and finding paths to health for these people while also empowering our healthcare providers to work at the top of their skills drives my work focus. To do this, I am continuously working to improve my interpersonal skills through emotional intelligence and leadership building.
