Started out as Medical Records associate and was responsible for all incoming and outgoing medical records requests. Communicated with multiple doctor offices within the area and out state to assure records requests were received in a timely manner. Eventually familiarized with the office and was delegated more responsibilities such as answering patient phone calls and making decisions on how to triage requests. Close patient and doctor communication was extremely important. Carried out tasks such scheduling appointments and surgeries for a multiple doctor environment that also accommodated vascular technicians as well. This experience eventually led to responsibilities at a separate office located at Swedish Cherry Hill Interventional Radiology where the same duties were carried out for an additional four doctors
