I've led the Governing Boards of numerous mission - driven organizations advancing the empowerment of women and girls, economic equity, racial justice, and library advocacy. These include YWCA Golden Gate/Silicon Valley (President), TMC Community Capital (Founding Board Chair),Friends of Libraries USA (President), Belvedere Tiburon Library Foundation (President), and others. I also serve on the Board of the International Women's Forum of New Mexico and as a Commissioner on the New Mexico State Library Commission. In my career as a publisher and information industry executive, I led multiple organizations through majortransformations and growth periods. As an advisor to startups and turnarounds, I coach CEOs on building organizational structure and creating a high performance and values- based culture.
