After a successful 25 year career in litigation (in private practice), I embarked on a second career in public service, to apply my skills in a new way. I served as the Executive Director for the Idaho Council on Domestic Violence & Victim Assistance, administering federal victim assistance grants. After restructuring the agency, revising administrative rules and policies, and developing data sources to ensure limited dollars can be allocated where most needed, I retired from that position at the end of state FY23. I took a brief and intentional break from employment for some restorative downtime, and was pleased to accept the role of Executive Director for Owners Counsel of America, Inc., a non-profit business league of eminent domain attorneys dedicated to protecting private property rights that I have been involved with for over 20 years.
Listed skills include Condemnation, Litigation, Inverse Condemnation, Civil Litgiation, and 2 others.
