Partnership with brands and clients to drive online sales growth- Develop and implement eCommerce merchandising strategy across multiple brands and marketplaces such as Amazon and Shopify- Collaborate with clients to create strategic direction to achieve sales goals and profitability targets- Create and/or manage e-store content, online catalog (listings), inventory, and marketing - Utilize Shopify integration with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc), Pinterest, and other marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping, etc) to maximize sales- Support creative design concepts for brand and marketing materials- Use Search Engine Optimization (SE0), Pay Per Click (PPC), CMS, social media, and email marketing to enhance visibility of ads, listings, and product offerings- Manage distribution of new items, negotiation of promotional assets, and pricing strategies- Drive business development by identifying and managing vendor partnerships- Educate clients on standard practices of selling on online platforms, current online trends, and software/services- Implement software and subscription services (such as Hubspot, Zendesk, ShipStation, etc) to streamline processes and optimize efficiencies for accounting, inventory management, and customer service
