Lead project meetings, develop timelines,ensure successful project delivery and establish best-practice project management methodologies. Streamline team workflows, provide operational support to Program Managers, and provide administrative support to the VP.

Created opportunities and equity within pet care careers, offering training and resources to those typically underrepresented in the industry. Graduated nearly 150 students through grooming training program, recruited from community based organizations in LA focused on workforce development.

Developed, fostered and managed the Volunteer & Foster Program for Michelson Found Animals’ Adopt & Shop pet rescue in Culver City, CA until its closure in 2021.I oversaw the recruitment, onboarding and retention of volunteers in all programs related to pet care and adoptions, amassing thousands of volunteers and fosters in 4 years. Lead a team of hard-working individuals who understood that without volunteers to care for pets in our rescues and shelters, they cannot properly prepare and find their forever homes. Curated special events for volunteers, training information and resources and managed program's annual budget and strategic plan.

Focused on building clients' media presence, email marketing, event planning, social media management and tracking and reporting for PR campaigns. Assisted in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing successful PR strategies, and also leads and develops junior staff members. Wrote creative and effective press releases, media alerts and other materials to connect influencers and media.
