ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Consistently promote and model the Firm's Client Service Principles in leadership, teamwork, work product, and personal interaction. Promote client service throughout department; ensure client service standards are set and achieved by team; provide coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure client service is accomplished individually and through teamwork. Ensure exemplary client service to managers and supervisors, demonstrating that results for clients and the Firm are achieved through collaboration, shared resources, and effective knowledge exchange. Provide overall management of the office facilities, ensuring the office is professionally maintained, that facilities services are seamlessly provided, and that continuous improvements anticipate and respond to client and administrative needs. Manage facilities and office services team to ensure meticulous maintenance of all office space, work areas, common areas, etc.; train team to recognize and respond to service needs and objectives. Maintain a current set of as-built blueprints for HVAC, electrical and architectural plans. Serve as the DC and NoVA representative on the Firm wide Sustainability Committee to further the firm's "Go Green" Program. Ensure premises comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and with other applicable federal, state and local regulations relating to facility safety. Collaborate closely Information Technology to ensure meticulous maintenance and upkeep of equipment in all conference rooms. Working closely with the Directors of Administration,assist in space planning for the DC and NoVA offices, including conducting needs assessments; making recommendations on space use; preparing project budgets; serving as project manager for internal transition activities, and attending space meetings for new construction.
