I graduated in December of 2013 with a Bachelors in Business with a concentration of Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development. During my time at UTSA, I have grown to have a passion for real estate and specifically financial analysis of multifamily developments. I have worked on three proforma projects. As my Capstone class in REFD Program, I was part of a team to develope a multifamly complex using what was learned in prevous classes. Myself and another student worked heavily on the financial pro forma for this project.After graduating high school in 1999, I joined the Air Force and spent the next six years as a computer specialist and a fuels operator. Once my initial obligation was over, I moved to Chicago and continued my military career in the Illinois Air National Guard while attending Chicago State University (CSU). Three years later, I decided to move again to San Antonio and started at UTSA in the fall of 2009. While at UTSA, I have explored many different organizations that have interested me. Those organizations include Delta Sigma Pi, the Investment Society, and the Real Estate Entrepreneurs and Leaders student organization. I have held two officer positions within Delta Sigma Pi as Fundraising Chair and Vice President of Pledge Education.
