Solo designer for Rabbit supporting web and mobile products from concept to engineering development- Lead redesign of mobile and web products for the ‘4.0’ release in November 2018- Grew MAU by 60 % to 4M - Increased Day 1 retention by 25.0%- Delivered design for web and mobile platforms including feature conception, high level mockups, interaction guidelines, animation specs for developer handoff - Worked with Head of Product to develop, scope and prioritize new product features as well as worked with engineering leads to prioritize engineering sprints- Led and organized Product Discovery sprints for engineering, customer support, and operation employees to participate in user research, feature synthesis and design work- Prepared visual and written assets for the public release of the Rabbit redesign in November 2018 and February 2019- Wrote release notes for App Store and Play Store app updates
