I have 22 years of operating experience at Intel, most recently as VP and GM of the Education and Public Sector business. I know what it takes to grow a business and achieve outstanding results. I have experience leading global initiatives, forming new teams and businesses, managing to a P&L, developing strategic partnerships and leading corporate strategic discussions. In addition, I sat on the board of a private company, ran an ed-tech accelerator for startups with the partnership of Intel Capital and was a member of the UN Broadband Commission. I have deep marketing experience, including channel marketing, market research and partner marketing.I have over 30 years of experience helping individuals and teams achieve their aspirational goals as a strategist, executive coach, and advisor. I have worked with CEO's and their executive teams to achieve the highest levels of performance. I specialize in identifying strategic, inter-personal, and team challenges and designing lasting solutions to improve performance, engagement and results. I consider myself insightful and observant, even when it leads to uncomfortable conversations. And like a mountain guide, I lead my clients from behind. My clients appreciate my holistic approach to coaching, focusing on the personal, the professional and client as self. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Cal State Long Beach in Comparative Literature. I enjoy hiking and for a time climbed mountains, summiting three of the highest continental peaks.
