The role focuses on 3 key components: 1) Strategy & Program Delivery, 2) Monitoring and Evaluation, 3) Learning. My role is dedicated to a multi-country project with a complex implementation arrangement. Key responsibilities include:- Providing guidance and support to implementing teams/partners on strategic implementation of their various projects for stronger impact. - Leading on the program's annual replanning and reprogramming process from a strategic, programtic, and financial perspective with relevant teams. - Constantly troubleshooting and mitigating risks proactively and when they arise- Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures-Providing leadership and direction of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy for the program while overseeing its implementation.-Oversee and commission grant evaluations -Integrate knowledge sharing and learning workstreams into partner costed workplans and overall grant.
