I am a researcher specialized in material science and engineering in particular on molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and related technologies. The materials I have worked with include III-V, II-VI semiconductors and their heterostructures, and many rare earth compounds and their nanostructures. I have broad interests and passion on new electronic and functional materials that their properties can be engineered for variety of applications, especially in energy-related fields. I am currently a professor at Nanjing University and looking for brilliant people to join us and have fun together doing MBE.

We also use rare earth elements and their nanostructures to modify the electrical, optical, structural, and magnetic properties of III-V semiconductors for broad applications, including optoelectronic devices and thermoelectric energy conversion. We are looking for people who have experience on epitaxial techniques, and interests in cutting-edge researches on both materials and devices to join us.
