As the IDCS Virtual Chief Technology Officer I am tasked with crafting and driving a cohesive technical vision for SHI’s Integrated Data Center Solutions (IDCS), aligning it with market opportunities and customer needs. I strategize and orchestrate teams that help the department’s technological advancements, from identifying new trends to leading the charge on go-to-market initiatives that bridge sales, marketing, engineering, and service delivery. I focus on the balance of technical depth and strategic foresight to ensure the internal adoption of critical technologies for optimum outcomes. I lead the IDCS Presales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Systems Engineering, and Value Stream Management teams. Our focus is to give our customers a MAGICAL experience when deploying data center and/or network infrastructure.

As the Director of Technical Strategy I lead the Design and Engineering teams for SHI's Integrated Data Center Solutions. These teams consist of presales engineers, technical account managers, solutions consultants, systems engineers, and customer success managers all working together to orchestrate a best in class experience for our customers and partners. In addition to leading these teams I am also responsible for the continued innovation into our processes, tools, and systems to ensure SHI continues to be a leading edge provider of fully built and production ready data center infrastructure.
