As the Product Manager for iContact, I owned the roadmaps and backlogs for a first-tier email marketing application that services more than 70,000 international customers and its Salesforce AppExchange integration with more than 10,000 users. I engaged with customers and key internal stakeholders to gauge and synthesize market needs and then worked as an integrated member of our Agile development team to release features, enhancements, and bug fixes that improved the application and its value for the end-user while reestablishing iContact as a leader in the email marketing space.I owned the product lifecycle for both offerings from end to end — research and ideation to grooming, marketing, training, and, finally, maintenance and iteration. As the first Strategic Program Manager for iContact, I worked on the Client Services team and provided strategic email marketing support for more than 150 businesses around the world, optimizing their email campaigns to achieve noteworthy results and helping them increase their online marketing ROI. I also produced a bi-weekly webinar series, "Thinking Outside the Inbox," focused on email marketing strategy, enhanced deliverability, and social media best practices. I was a regular contributor to iContact's blog (http://blog.icontact.com).
