Being centrally located on the 14th floor of the Bank of the West building in the17th Street financial district of Downtown Denver allows us to effectively serve the entire Denver-metro area. By aligning ourselves with the best lenders in the industry, we are able to offer the most competitive products and pricing available in the marketplace. My foundation and knowledge of the mortgage business stems from experience and the leading mortgage training program in the industry with GMAC Mortgage in Troy, MI. I received additional experience serving as a loan counselor for Pulte Mortgage and started a mortgage and title company in Naples, FL. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Contracted to start a mortgage company for an independent real estate office, which concentrated on a limited number of high-end transactions per year and wished to increase revenue through mortgage business. Performed essentially every step to set up business, including but not limited to: management, marketing, communication, training, hiring and operations. By June 2003 the office consisted of 8 employees and had closed over $18 million in business.

Assisted construction buyers in the Arizona and Nevada markets. Responsible for securing mortgage business from Pulte buyers, while competing against local market lenders. Closed an average of $4 million in business per month. Consistently received top awards for customer service and Desktop Originator certification.

Hired as member of the "Class of '98" mortgage management training program. The group included recent distinguished college graduates trained at the corporate headquarters in an intensive mortgage training class, which was unsurpassed by industry standards.
